Inspired by recent hiking and camping trips in Shadow Lake, Skoki, Lake O’Hara, Emerald Lake and Jasper, Svob’s latest works reflect his love of the Rockies.
We are pleased to be hosting a Solo Exhibition with Mike Svob, exploring the theme of transformations! Mike’s exceptional talent, years of experience, and fantastic use of colour are just a few things that make his work so appealing. His never ending passion for art, history and travel continue to provide inspiring and diverse subject matter.
The show, which runs until Oct. 2, demonstrates that two painters can share similar subject matter – outdoor scenes, urban landscapes and more intimate observations of their immediate environment – and be equally masterful in their techniques and handling of media, and yet still express unique and distinct personalities.
